Young Rider 's Academy

Tally Ho farm has been teaching children how to ride for 20 years.  It is an all inclusive program providing:

• boarding
• instruction from beginner to advanced and FEI Young Rider level in
  • dressage
  • stadium jumping 
  • cross country
• Clinics
• Travel & trailering to local and out of state shows and events
• Lesson ponies and horses
• Training for the horse
• Sale horses
• Camps

New Tally Ho Farm young riders are accepted into the beginner and pre academy level each year in March.  Riders must be 6 years old.   Lessons are fun rewarding and build on positive experiences.  Beginner riders progress through the levels and acceptance into the academy program is by invitation.

Levels

• introductory     duration 3 to 6 months
• level 1               duration 3 to 6 months
• pre academy   duration 6 to 12 months
